Fine Art as Investments

Most people just think about fine art as being expensive without realizing their investment value. When you think about it, if you have a lot of money, you can put it into a CD or an investment fund or something, or you can buy a piece of artwork.

The nice thing about artwork is that it doesn't require much maintenance or upkeep, you just have to secure them from theft, and make sure that they are handled delicately, framed, and kept out of harms way. Fine art often increases in value, and can help make a house a home.
